Reorganizing Shelves

As we all know, shelves can quickly gather dust and items we just don’t want to put away. I’ve been there! I like to completely remove everything from my shelves, dust them, and wipe them down with a natural all purpose cleaner. Then, I try and sift through what I want to keep and donate. Here’s some shelf decor I’ve been loving!

If you’re looking to elevate your shelf styling, I have some tips and ideas here in this blog post!

Reorganize Linen Closet

This project is not for the faint of heart! I love to reorganize my linen closet each spring. It gets chaotic in here and it feels so good for things to have a home. I start by removing everything out of the closet. Then, I sift through what we still need/use versus what can be donated. Then, I organize everything into groups and place them in containers. I find that using different boxes or containers helps things stay neat and organized for longer. Here are some of my favorite baskets and boxes for organizing my linen closet!

Kid’s Clothes

Another thing I love to do for spring cleaning is go through my kids’ clothes! Kids grow fast and it’s guaranteed that things in their closet don’t fit them anymore. Like I do with my linen closet, I take everything out, sort through it all, and donate! Then, I put everything back in an orderly fashion!

Kitchen Deep Clean

Nothing feels better than a good kitchen deep clean! First, I like to remove everything off the counters and wipe absolutely everything down. I vacuum, mop, and light a candle to make everything smell clean and fresh! I absolutely love my Tineco Wet-Dry Vacuum cleaner. It’s the best! I then light my Volcano Candle after I’m all done cleaning (it’s my favorite)!

Fresh Flowers

Finally, I love to put fresh flowers out in my home. Nothing says spring like flowers! While I love to have real flowers around the home, there are also some great faux options out there so you don’t have to worry about replacing them! Here are some of my favorite faux flowers and vases.

Spring is coming soon! I hope this gave you some fresh ideas to prepare your home for the new season!
